visaforge

For founders and senior engineers preparing O-1A or EB-2 NIW petitions

Your visa evidence dossier, assembled and criterion-mapped — ready for your attorney in 48 hours.

The 30 hours of evidence-assembly labor an immigration attorney bills thousands for: your publications, citations, press, judging, and roles mapped criterion-by-criterion, with honest Thin/Absent ratings, a gap analysis, a numbered evidence register, and letter briefs your recommenders can actually edit. Flat $1499 (O-1A) or $1699 (NIW), one time.

visaforge is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. We assemble the evidence; your attorney reviews everything and makes every legal judgment.

How it works

  1. 1. Check your criteria, free. Ten questions about your record give an instant, honest read on which O-1A criteria (or NIW prongs) your evidence supports today — Strong, Moderate, Thin, or Absent.
  2. 2. Tell us what you have. CV, publications, citation counts, press links, GitHub, patents, awards, judging work, employment history, and 3–5 potential recommenders. You review and confirm every statement before paying.
  3. 3. Get your dossier in 48 hours. Profile summary, criteria-mapping table with verification hooks, honest gap analysis, numbered evidence register, 3–5 letter briefs, and a cover note for your attorney — as a PDF-ready bundle plus a hosted page you can forward.

Criterion-by-criterion, not vibes

Each of the 8 O-1A criteria (or the three NIW Dhanasar prongs) gets its own row: the evidence you have, a strength rating, and exactly what your attorney would need to verify each claim.

Honest about the gaps

Thin criteria are rated Thin. Absent criteria are rated Absent, with the kind of evidence that would close each gap named plainly. The honesty is what makes the strong rows credible to a reviewing attorney.

Letter briefs, never ghost-written letters

Each recommender gets a skeleton: the factual anchors from your record they could speak to, plus bracketed placeholders where only they can add their own assessment. They edit; they never start from a blank page — and they never sign words we invented.

What this is — and what it isn't

visaforge produces an evidence dossier: research and assembly, the paralegal layer. Every claim in it traces to something you told us, and every document says so plainly, right under its title: “Based on evidence provided by you on the date you confirmed. Prepared by an automated evidence-research service, not a law firm; not legal advice; no visa-route recommendation; no USCIS outcome prediction.”

It is not a law firm, not legal advice, not a petition draft, and not a prediction of any outcome. We never recommend which visa route to take — you pick the route, we map your evidence to it, and your attorney makes every legal judgment from there.

A real sample, fully visible

Generated for Dr. Priya Ramana fictional ML-researcher-turned-founder persona (Dr. Priya Raman is not a real person), generated in the exact shape the production pipeline emits — the same intake schema, the same validator gate, the same attestation stamp. It is an example artifact, not a statement about a real applicant. Here is how the dossier opens:

Cover Note to the Reviewing Attorney

Based on evidence provided by Dr. Priya Raman on 2026-07-29. Prepared by an automated evidence-research service, not a law firm; not legal advice; no visa-route recommendation; no USCIS outcome prediction; every claim requires independent verification by the reviewing attorney.

Every factual claim cites the applicant's intake and carries verification hooks naming what you would need to independently verify it. The strength ratings are evidence-availability ratings only: they describe how much evidence the intake supplied for each criterion, never eligibility. Two criteria are rated Absent and one Thin; the gap analysis names the kind of evidence that would close each.

The recommendation-letter briefs are skeletons with bracketed placeholders — the recommenders must add their own personal knowledge and opinions; nothing in them is a drafted opinion. The applicant's delivery contact is priya.raman@example.com.

Common questions

Is visaforge a law firm? Will you file my petition?

No, and no. visaforge is an evidence-research and assembly service. We organize the evidence you give us into a criterion-mapped dossier your attorney can review. We never give legal advice, never recommend a visa route, never predict outcomes, and never file anything. Your attorney makes every legal judgment.

What exactly do I get?

Six documents: an applicant profile summary, a criteria-mapping table (each O-1A criterion or NIW prong with your evidence, a strength rating, and verification hooks), an honest gap analysis, a numbered evidence register, 3–5 recommendation-letter briefs with bracketed placeholders for your recommenders to complete, and a cover note to your reviewing attorney. Delivered as a downloadable bundle plus a hosted page you can forward.

How is this different from an AI petition drafter?

We don't draft petitions — that's your attorney's work product. We assemble the evidence register and criteria map that make their drafting fast and auditable. Every claim in the dossier traces to something you told us; a code-level validator blocks any document that invents a fact, inflates a thin criterion, or predicts an outcome.

What data do you store?

Your intake answers and generated documents — they are the product's content, stored privately against your order and covered by our privacy policy. Your dashboard lives at an unguessable link. The only public artifact is the hosted dossier page, and only if you publish it; you can unpublish instantly.

How long does it take?

The intake takes as long as it takes you to describe your own record honestly. After checkout, your dossier is delivered within 48 hours — typically much faster — and you get an email with the download link and hosted page.

Who is this NOT for?

Anyone who needs legal advice, anyone who hasn't chosen a visa route yet (talk to an attorney first — we don't recommend routes), and anyone whose record is too thin to map: the free pre-check will tell you honestly if most criteria come back Absent, and we'd rather you learn that free.

What's your refund policy?

Verifiable failure only: if your dossier is not delivered, if generation fails after retries (you're refunded automatically), or if a factual error in the dossier is traceable to us. Outcomes are outside our control and outside this policy — we never predict them. Anything else, email visaforge@forage.bot.
